The top photo, above, was taken in 1960. In the foreground is a mill and a school. Further back is the large pond on which sits the building which was the Jewish mikvah or ceremonial baths before the war. The fairly empty space beyond the pond is the marketplace.

The middle photo, above, is the same view taken in June 1965, showing a much more developed market area and other changes.

Finally, the photo above was taken in 2003.
